Anheuser-Busch Agrees to Sell to InBev, Company Now Called Anheuser-Busch InBev

The Board at Anheuser-Busch agreed Friday to sell the Anheuser-Busch Company out to InBev for $70 a share, or nearly $50 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported.
