Back to School Drink Recipes, Beginning of the Year Cocktails and Mixed Drink Recipes

Welcome back to school all you college students! We know you aren’t looking forward to all your classes, but what you should be looking forward to is all the beginning of the year college parties!!! Below are some great drink recipes for that college student without a hole lot of coin, and just some others that seem to be the college favorites! Feel free to post some comments on your favorite college drink recipe or cocktail!

Seven and Seven Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Seagram’s 7® Whiskey
4 1/2 oz Seven-Up® or Sprite

Pour Seagram’s 7 and Seven-Up into a highball glass on the rocks. Mix and serve.
Cheap, easy, and good!

Brass Monkey

Brass Monkey Drink Recipe
This drink consists on about three parts malt liquor and one part Sunny Delight (or any type of orange juice
you prefer.)

40 oz. Malt liquor (Olde English 800, King Cobra, etc.)
Orange Juice

Typically we will drink the 40 oz. down just below the top of the label. Then fill it back up the rest of the way with your choice of orange juice. Cheap, Easy and Good!

Captain and Coke Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
4 1/2 oz Coca-Cola®

Pour Captain Morgan’s Original Spiced Rum and Coca-Cola into a highball glass on the rocks. Mix until the coke fizzes at the top, and serve.

Don’t forget all the cheap beers you can buy also. You will be sure to see quite a few of these in your college career!
