Black & Tan (Half & Half) Drink Recipe
1 bottle Harp Ale (or Bass Ale)
1 can or bottle Guinness Stout

Fill a Pint glass 1/2 with Harp or Bass. Place a teaspoon on the back of the pint glass and fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness by pouring it slowly over the back of the spoon to float Guinness on top or the Harp or Bass Ale.

Emerald Isle Drink Recipe Recipe
1 oz gin
1 tsp crème de menthe, green
2 dashes bitters

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Irish Kilt Drink Recipe
2 oz Irish Whisky
1 oz Scotch
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Sugar water
3 dashes of Orange bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Nutty Irishman Shot Recipe
3/4 oz Irish cream liqueur
3/4 oz Frangelico

Pour equal amounts of the two liqueurs into a shot glass and slam it home!

Morning with Leprechauns Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Crème
1 oz Irish Whisky
1/4 oz Cherry brandy
3 oz Cold black coffee (strength to your likeness)

Combine all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with crush ice and stir well.

Irish Pride Drink Recipe
3 oz crème de menthe, green
3 oz Amaretto
2 oz lemon juice

Pour all ingredients in a highball glass, stir well and enjoy!

Dingle Dram Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Irish Whisky
1/2 oz Irish Mist
Coffee Soda
Crème de Cacao
Whipped Cream

Pour whiskey and Irish mist into a highball glass filled with ice, add coffee soda and stir.
Then Float crème de cacao on top and top with whipped crème and enjoy!

Irish Flag Shot Recipe
1 part crème de menthe
1 part Irish cream liqueur
1 part Grand Marnier

Pour the crème de menthe into a shot glass, then float the Irish cream liqueur on top of the crème de menthe, then float the Grand Marnier on top of the Irish cream liqueur.

Irish Buck Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Irish Whisky
Ginger Ale
Lemon peel

Pour Whisky into a highball glass filled with ice, twist the lemon peel over the glass and drop in the glass, and fill with ginger ale.

Celtic Mix Cocktail Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Scotch
1 oz Irish Whisky
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Dash of bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into a martini glass.

SKYY Shamrock Smoothie Drink Recipe
2 oz SKYY Melon
1/2 oz triple sec
Splash of orange curaçao
juice of 2 limes

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and Shake until frothy, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Shamrock Shaker Drink Reecipe
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
2 1/2 oz milk
1/2 oz Amaretto
Edible green and gold powder for garnish (cake-decorating supply)

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and sprinkle the green and gold powders on the top.

Cork Comfort Drink Recipe
1 o. Irish Whisky
1/2 oz Irish Mist
Dash of Southern Comfort
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Irish Cow Drink Recipe
2 oz Irish Whisky
8 oz Hot milk
Dash sugar

Pour milk into a coffee mug and add the whisky and sugar, stir well and enjoy!!

Irish Flag Drink Recipe
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Green Crème de Menthe
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Crème

Pour the crème de menthe into a pousse café glass or a cordial glass, and place a teaspoon on the top of the glass and pour the bailey’s Irish crème slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the crème de menthe and then pour the brandy slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the Bailey’s Irish crème.

Irish Martini Drink Recipe
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Irish whiskey
lemon twist for garnish

Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass and swirl around the glass in order to coat the inside. Then drain the excess whiskey. Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice and shake well, then strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist and Enjoy!!

Leprechaun Drink Recipe
2 oz Irish whisky
Cold Tonic water
Lemon Twist

Pour whisky into a Collins glass filled with ice, fill with tonic water, stir and drop in the lemon twist in.
After a few of these, you will be looing for the pot of gold!
