2 oz. Scotch
1⁄2 tsp. Fine sugar
4 oz. Club soda
Lemon twist

Dissolve sugar in a splash of club soda in a Collins or highball glass. Add ice. Pour scotch. Stir. Add club soda. Lemon twist.
