Rookees is located in historic downtown Ventura. Rookees is the ultimate sports lovers dream, offering all-American food, cocktails and sports served in high definition. This is a awesome bar to go hang out at and watch some sport… or just get hammered. They have 13 – 60″ Plasma screens circling the whole bar/restaurant area, with a few projection screens.
Rookees has specials on Thursday nights which include, 2 dollar fish tacos, 2 dollar beers, and other good deals.

My husband and I went to Rookey’s on Friday night and couldn’t have had a better time. Bartenders were awesome, atmosphere was fun. No hassles. Good music, good drinks, good time.
